Zimbabwe will enhance its air ambulance services with more helicopters from Russia, aiming to reduce road accident fatalities. President Mnangagwa toured HeliDrive in St Petersburg to learn about their operations.

By year’s end, Zimbabwe expects 32 helicopters under a public-private partnership, boosting emergency medical care and tourism. The initiative aligns with Zimbabwe’s goal to modernize its health sector by 2030.
